Dan Cevette

An Elkland HS graduate of 2002 where he played Baseball and Basketball for 4 years and Golf for 2. He received a Bachelors Degree in Sports Managementfrom California U of PA while playing professional Baseball. He played 13 years of professional baseball; for the Cleveland Indians where he was a 3rd round draft pick, Kansas City Royals, and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations. In September of 2004, he was the South Atlantic Pitcher of the Week. In HS in 2001, he was 3rd Team Baseball HS All-American, 2002 1st team HS All-American, 2-time NTL West Player of the Year. in 2002, he was NTL West Basketball All-Star, Corning Leader 1st Team All-Twin Tiers, Star Gazette 1st Team All-Twin Tiers Basketball, Star Gazette Male Athlete of the Year and Regional Athlete of the Year, and Pennsylvania Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year.
