Kipper Burleigh

Kipper Bis a 1990 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2000-01 he was a Varsity assistant football coach at North Penn and was named head varsity basketball coach at North Penn-Mansfield from 2002 to 2023. Kipper is the winningest coach in school history.with 349 wins and has been named NTL Coach of the Year.

Burleigh accumulated 19 winning seasons, four NTL Titles, three District IV titles, seven state appearances, four State Sweet 16 appearances, and one Elite 8 appearance.
